Jack McGinnes will discuss making multifamily deals work at current interest rates. In addition he will touch upon the state of debt markets for Multifamily and CRE at large.Â
Presenter Bio:
Jack joined BWE in 2022 after spending his first several years out of school working in the private lending space at Lima One Capital, now a subsidiary of MFA Financial and one of the top private lenders in the country for SFR and small balance multifamily investors. While working at Lima One Capital, he worked in various capacities. He had the good fortune to be given the opportunity to serve as employee number one for their new inside sales channel and saw great success. Over the course of a few years, he helped to build out an inside sales team of over twenty people and served as the manager over the entire team. He later took on a new role in business development from his hometown of Chattanooga, TN, with the aim to originate new business locally along with the surrounding MSAs, most notably Nashville, TN.
Prior to beginning his career, Jack earned his BS in Finance from the Terry School of Business at the University of Georgia. While at the University of Georgia, he got to work with the cross country and track teams as a student volunteer assistant.
He never lost his passion for athletics and when not working, Jack is likely to be found enjoying the outdoors on a bike or on the run. He is an avid cyclist and runner, who loves the process of training for a big race to compete against his own previous bests.
