Amy Tiemann is a commercial real estate investor and fund manager and the Founder and CEO of TM1 Properties. She is a member of the Forbes Real Estate Council. Amy has invested in thousands of units of multifamily and recently launched a 250-mill commercial real estate private equity investment fund.

Stefan Tsvetkov is a financial engineer turned real estate investor and Founder of RealtyQuant (www.realtyquant.com), a company that brings data-driven and quantitative techniques to the real estate industry. On a mission to add industry value through education, investment, technology, and analytics.
