Nicole   Pendergrass will share how, as a busy mom and full-time employee, she was able to scale from 3 units to involvement in 200+ units by finding her purpose, establishing a brand, and leveraging her network.

Presenter Bio:

Nicole Pendergrass is a wife, mother of two toddlers, full-time employee, and multifamily investor with current holdings in NYC, PA, and the Southeast. She started her real estate journey with no money, no credit, and no connections but after overcoming some tough challenges, acquired a 3-family house hack in 2015 and has since successfully grown and diversified her equity into ownership in multiple commercial multifamily deals. Experiencing the power of multifamily led her on a mission to help others do the same. She founded Noirvest Holdings, a private RE equity firm, with the mission to help others (especially minorities and women) build wealth through increasing access to multifamily investment opportunities. She is also the host of the Share The Wealth Show, a podcast dedicated to discussing non-traditional strategies to build, grow and protect generational wealth for minority and underprivileged communities.
