Presenter Bio:
Robert Pereira is the managing partner at ARC Multifamily Group. He has overseen the acquisition and development of over 250 residential projects since 2008. He has raised over $25,000,000 of private capital from his network, and managed over $120,000,000 of construction loans for these projects.
He earned an undergraduate degree in Engineering (2002) at the University of Waterloo, and an MBA in Real Estate & Finance (2008) from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine.
Robert and his family reside in Newport Beach, California.
