Blake Dailey is an active duty Air Force officer and real estate investor. He used the BrrrrBNB Strategy (before he put a name to it) to achieve financial freedom, whereby the cash flow from his portfolio was greater than his W2 income, in only one year. After that he realized he needed to go bigger and reset his trajectory and got into commercial multifamily. After laboring for 10 months, he co-sponsored a 66-unit multifamily deal. Through the process, he found how saturated the multifamily market is, and pivoted to an area that combined all of his strengths - commercial real estate, the BRRRR Strategy, and short-term rentals - to achieve higher returns and avoid competing for seemingly slimmer and slimmer deals.
Now in the full swing of BrrrrBNB, Blake has 4 commercial properties that are conversions from old, owner-operated motels, into thriving boutique hotels/Airbnbs in 3 markets and has a total of 127 units, 61 of which are STRs. He and his partner run Adventure Stays, where they own and operate their STRs with in-house management of all their listings, have hosted hundreds of guests so far, and have done over $1M of renovations on the properties.
